1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EchoDM platform ("Service") operated by EchoDM Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EchoDM provides a SaaS platform for automating customer communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger using official Meta Cloud APIs. Our services include omnichannel inbox management, visual flow builder, campaign tools, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta Platform policies.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without proper consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass individuals.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

5. Payments and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoDM Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoDM Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time from your settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
